My mission is to bring the benefits of Yoga and Meditation to your daily life, making it accessible and practical. Expect a balance of movement, breathing, meditation and other tools to relax, rejuvenate and better know yourself.

I take at heart to adapt practices according to your needs thanks to continuous learning and the combination of different streams of yoga and other mind-body practices such as Reiki, Mindfulness, self-massage, self-development practices (coaching),....

Our classes are taught in English or French

Main locations are Brussels (Belgium) & Torino (Italy) - Online & other locations possible
